1. Product(s): Refers to all applications, licensed software, or items available for purchase.
2. User (You, Your): Refers to any individual accessing, using, or purchasing from Elyxzon Solutions.

4. Using: Includes actions such as downloading, installing, activating, or running our products.

2. Information and Product Use

1. Your data is securely stored to ensure maximum protection.
2. Third-party access to your data is governed by strict requirements and limited permissions.
3. Any illegal use of our products, such as unauthorized distribution or sharing harmful content, violates this agreement. Violations can be reported via our Support Portal.
4. Elyxzon Solutions reserves the right to revoke access to its products at any time without liability.

3. Third Parties and Security

1. Products requiring hosting can be used on any VPS or online server.
2. Third parties interacting with your hosted product must comply with this agreement.
3. You are responsible for securing your product to prevent breaches of this agreement.
4. Report suspected breaches by third parties to Elyxzon Solutions promptly.
5. Our official support and community hub is hosted on Discord. While community suggestions are welcome, only verified advice from our team is guaranteed.
6. Redistribution or hosting products for third parties or other communities is strictly prohibited without written permission.
7. Discord bans may result in restricted access to our website.

4. Product Alterations

1. Modifying products is allowed as long as it complies with these terms.
2. Removing or altering credits or licensing systems is strictly prohibited.

5. Distributing Products

Redistributing Elyxzon Solutions products is prohibited unless explicitly authorized. Hosting companies are excluded if the product remains tied to your account.

6. Agreement and Service Availability

1. This agreement must always accompany the product and remain unmodified.
2. In the event of system outages, some services may be temporarily unavailable.
3. Delisted products may no longer be downloadable—please maintain your own backups.

7. Product Credits and Authors

1. Credit must remain intact and attributed to the original creators.
2. Additional authors may be credited on the product’s store page.

8. Payments and Refunds

1. Payments are processed exclusively through Stripe.
2. Refund Policy:
   • Refunds are only issued as store credit.
   • Eligible if:
     • The product hasn’t been downloaded.
     • It doesn’t use the CFX Escrow system.
     • The request is made within 14 days of purchase.
3. Commissions are non-refundable.

9. Product Warranty and Usage

1. Products cannot be exploited for personal or financial gain.
2. Users assume all responsibility for damages resulting from misuse.
3. Legacy products will not qualify for refunds unless explicitly stated.

10. Agreement Violations

1. Violations may result in revoked access, license key deletion, or account bans.
2. Violations may be reported to affiliated organizations like Protect The Developers or Warden.

11. Commission Information

1. Regular updates on commissions are not guaranteed but will be provided when possible.
2. You are responsible for securely storing your commission files.
3. Minor adjustments to commissions (e.g., color or text changes) may be allowed post-purchase.

12. Right to Refuse Service

Elyxzon Solutions reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including terms violations or disruptive behavior.

13. Payment Plans

1. Weekly payment plans are available.
2. Non-payment after a 3-day grace period will result in order cancellation and late fees.

14. CFX Escrow System Usage

1. Certain products use the CFX Escrow System.
2. Elyxzon Solutions is not responsible for losses due to incorrect CFX account details.
